We make every piece to order. If we make a mistake, we fix it or refund you. If you change your mind, refunds are possible but fees may apply.
When we refund in full
We’ll issue a 100% refund (including delivery charge) when:
◉ We delivered the wrong product/model/color, or
◉ There’s a major defect/damage and it’s validated (clear unboxing video required), or
◉ Size deviation is beyond ±5 mm from your confirmed size, or
◉ Customization is incorrect or essential features are missing (e.g., card slots, ID chamber)
When partial fees apply
◉ No-fault return (everything matches but you still want to return): Refund = Order amount – 25% demurrage – delivery charge.
◉ Cancellation after production has started (materials cut/stitched):Refund of your 500 TK advance minus 25% demurrage and any payment gateway fees.
 (Cancel within 24 hours of placing order → full advance refund.)
Non-refundable in these cases
◉ Leather feel/softness/thickness/grain preferences (please specify before ordering).
◉ Normal wear/tear, misuse, water/chemical damage, unauthorized repairs.
◉ Size within ±5 mm of requested size.
◉ Missing unboxing video for transit-damage claims.
◉ Delivery charges (inside 80 TK / outside 150 TK) unless the fault is ours.
How to request a refund
1. At delivery: If there’s an issue, return it to the rider on the spot.
2. After delivery (within 7 days):
       ◉ Message us with order ID + photos/video (unboxing if damaged).
       ◉ Ship the item back to us in original condition & packaging.
       ◉ If our fault is confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping; otherwise customer bears the cost.
Refund method & timeline
◉ Refunds are issued to your original payment method or bKash.
◉ Processing time: 3–5 working days after we receive and verify the item.
We’ll notify you the moment it’s approved and sent.
