By using our website/social pages, placing an order, or interacting with us, you agree to these Terms.
1) Definitions
● “We/us/our” = Weaver Cre8ive and our team/authorized partners.
● “You/your” = the customer or site visitor.
● “Custom order” = any made-to-order or personalized item.
2) Ordering & Payment
● All items are made to order.
● An advance of 500 TK (bKash) confirms your order. The rest is payable Cash on Delivery or bKash on/ before delivery.
● Prices are in BDT. We can update prices/offers anytime before you place an order. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected or cancelled with a full refund.
3) Shipping & Delivery
● Couriers: typically Steadfast, Pathao (others if needed).
● Charges: Inside Dhaka 80 TK, Outside Dhaka 150 TK.
● Lead time: handcrafted production ~10–15 days; courier transit time varies.
● The rider will call before delivery.
● We aren’t responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure).
4) Inspection at Delivery
● We offer on-spot return at delivery if you’re unhappy—hand it back to the rider in original condition and packaging.
● Claims for transit damage after delivery require a clear unboxing video of the first opening.
5) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (summary)
● Valid reasons: wrong product/model/color; major defect; size deviation beyond ±5 mm; incorrect customization; missing essential features.
● No return for leather softness/thickness/grain preferences—tell us these before ordering.
● If everything matches but you still want to return, a 25% demurrage fee applies; delivery charges are non-refundable (unless our fault).
● After-delivery returns: you ship back to us first; we verify against policy; valid cases are replaced or refunded within 3–5 working days.

6) Cancellations
● Cancel within 24 hours of order placement → full advance refund.
● After production starts (materials cut/stitched), the 500 TK advance is refundable minus 25% demurrage and any gateway fees.
7) Product Info & Tolerances
● Minor variations in color/texture occur due to natural leather and screen differences.
● Handcrafted sizing tolerance is ±5 mm. Within this range, it isn’t a defect.
● Custom text/art supplied by you must be owned or licensed by you.
8) Genuine Leather Claim
● We use genuine leather. If you claim otherwise, provide valid lab evidence. If proven, we’ll pay a BDT 10,00,000 reward.
9) Title, Risk & Lost Parcels
● Title passes upon full payment. Risk passes on delivery to you or your representative.
● If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll investigate with the courier and replace or refund once confirmed.
10) Gift Cards, Discounts & Promotions
● One offer/code per order unless stated.
● We may change or withdraw promotions at any time.
● Gift cards/credits are non-refundable and valid until the printed/announced expiry.
11) User Content & Reviews
● By sharing photos/reviews with us, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them in our marketing (you can revoke later by contacting us; we’ll remove future use).
12) Acceptable Use (Website)
● Don’t attempt to hack, scrape, copy large portions of content, or misuse our site.
● All text, images, and designs are our intellectual property; don’t use without permission.
13) Privacy & Cookies
● We handle your data per our Privacy Policy.
● We use cookies/analytics and, where applicable, consent-based marketing. See the policy for details and your choices.
14) Limitation of Liability
● We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
● Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order—unless required otherwise by law.
15) Force Majeure
● We aren’t responsible for delays/failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., courier disruptions, strikes, natural events, government actions, power/internet outages). We’ll resume as soon as reasonably possible.
16) Governing Law & Disputes
● These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
● Disputes go to the courts of Dhaka, after you first give us a chance to resolve the issue informally.
17) Changes to These Terms
● We can update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use or new orders mean you accept the new Terms.
