Advance Payment Policy

To confirm your order, pay a 500 TK advance via bKash. The remaining balance (including delivery charge) can be paid by Cash on Delivery or bKash at delivery.

Delivery Time

Each piece is built from scratch to your specifications. Orders are typically ready to ship in 10–15 days. The delivery person will call before starting distribution.
Note: Although rare, Weaver Cre8ive is not responsible for courier delays.

Return & Exchange

On-Spot Return

If you’re unhappy at delivery, hand the product back to the rider in its original condition and packaging.
7-Day Complaint Window (Manufacturing/Material Defects)
You have 7 days to report defects found under normal use. Excludes issues from misuse, poor maintenance, water/chemical damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear.

Before You Order (Read This)

⚫ Leather feel/texture: No returns for preferences (softness, thickness, grain, pull-up). Specify these before confirming.
⚫ Genuine leather guarantee: Claims must be supported by valid evidence (e.g., authorized lab report).
⚫ Sizing tolerance: A deviation within ±5 mm is acceptable and not a return reason. Beyond that, return/replacement                   applies.
⚫ No-fault returns: If everything matches the order yet you still want to return, a 25% demurrage fee applies.

Valid Return Reasons

Wrong product/model/color delivered
Major transit damage (must show clear unboxing video)
Structural or finishing defect
Size deviation beyond ±5 mm from the requested/provided size
Incorrect customization
Missing essential features (e.g., card slots, ID chamber)

How Returns Work

1. At delivery: Return immediately to the delivery agent.
2. After delivery (within 7 days):
     1. Notify us with photos/video.
     2. Send the item back to our location at your cost.
     3. We’ll verify against this policy. If valid, we’ll issue a replacement or refund within 3–5 working days.
