All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

As many of our products are handcrafted, certain items may require additional preparation time before shipment. If there is any significant delay, we will notify you through the contact information provided during checkout.

SHIPPING WITHIN BANGLADESH

We currently ship throughout Bangladesh using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

• Dhaka: 1–3 business days

• Major Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Locations: 3–7 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES
